Party rules for rental
For our Party rentals
Our Goal is to provide a fun and happy experience for you and your guests.
However as in everything else in life some people have forced me to make rules.
I should have Known!!
Rules and terms as of June 13, 2026, at 1:17pm
- We offer a rental of the facility when available and convenient, for a minimum of 2 hours. There is a $50 clean up/reservation fee added to each rental.
- Your rental will be confirmed and put on the calendar following your payment in full at least 7 days prior to the agreed upon date.
- We do have bleacher seating. We do not have Chairs!!!!!
- When you arrive, if you are not satisfied with the facility you may cancel before the rental begins. The $50 cleaning/reservation fee will not be refunded. You are encouraged to come to the facility ahead of time. We are open 6 nights a week, unless specified on the website.
- Outdoor soccer cleats are NOT permitted in Premier. No exceptions.
- There is no food or drink allowed on the field of Play (Green turf)
- We offer a coach to assist you in your party for a fee of $500 per hour. Minimum of 2 hours.
- If you come in with a bad, ugly, negative, or unhappy attitude we reserve the right to cancel your party at that time.
- If you leave a mess that is excessive you may be charged up to $ 1,000.00
- If you, or your party, break anything in, on, or around the facility, you will be responsible for all repairs at the discretion or Premier Soccer LLC.
- If you are not coming to enjoy your day at Premier I would encourage to rent elsewhere.
For everyone else we would love to rent to you for your event.
